Neither party is entitled to transfer its right and obligations under the present contract to a third party without the other

connected with the conclusion and fulfilment of the present contract, levied within Russia, except those connected with the Letter of Credit, to be paid by Sellers, and those levied outside Russia to be paid by Buyers

All amendments and additions to the present contract are valid only if they are made in writing and signed

accordingly for the term of fulfillment of that obligation

Neither party will be responsible for full or partial nonfulfillment of its obligations if the nonfulfillment is a result of such circumstances

as flood, fire, earthquake, and other natural calamities as well as war and other military activities that take place after the Contract is signed

If any of such circumstances directly influenced nonfulfillment of obligations according to the terms specified in the Contract, the term will be moved

by both parties

If total or partial fulfillment of the
